Hello, my name is Michael Rüppel. I wish you much fun on my profile. You'll find many interesting images and videos of me, about the Israeli Martial Arts. I am a Krav Maga instructor since more than 11 years. My motto is: quality instead of quantity. Furthermore I am instructor for another israeli fighting-system, the Dennis Survival Ju-Jitsu, in which I have the Black Belt 3rd Dan.
